Made from the loins of acorn-fed 100% Iberian pigs. Artisanal manufacture without paprika based on a traditional recipe from Extremadura recovered by Señorio de Montanera. It presents a purple-red cut, intensely chiselled by a veining that gives it its distinctive marbling appearance. Containing no paprika, its light seasoning accentuates its powerful acorn flavour similar to the aftertaste that the best acorn-fed Iberico Ham leaves in the mouth.
