A gastronomic treasure in an affordable, ready-to-enjoy format. The cured acorn-fed Iberian Shoulder Presa is salient because of extraordinary qualities rendered by the activity of the pure Iberian pig in the dehesa.
Its artisanal production is based on the “know-how” of Señorio de Montanera Extremadura tradition, where it is known as Lomito Ibérico de Bellota, which we could translate as the “acorn-fed Iberico Lomito”.
A slice of cured acorn-fed Iberian Shoulder Presa is bright red with pronounced marbling caused by intramuscular fat that renders it particularly succulent. With a fleshy texture, its juiciness melts in the mouth, leaving the palate full of exquisite nuances with flashes of La Vera paprika.
It is packaged in 100 g vacuum-packed sleeves.
