The Señorio de Montanera organic acorn-fed Iberico Chorizo is made with a 100% natural recipe, no additives or artificial preservatives. Made from acorn-fed 100% Iberian pigs reared in certified organic oak forests, whose protection is essential for preserving biodiversity and the environment.
The organic Spanish Chorizo stands out for its dark-toned, ochre marbled appearance because of an absence of nitrites in its production. It contains no binders or artificial additives of any sort, resulting in a delicate and fleshy texture that melts in the mouth. Its warm and enveloping aroma is coupled with the distinctive notes of paprika and garlic, distinguished flavours rendered by traditional Extremadura slaughterhouses.
The Señorio de Montanera organic sausages are free from additives and artificial preservatives, and are labelled with the European Union’s organic food seal.
It is presented vacuum-packed with a gift box.
