Señorío de Montanera's organic Iberian salchichón is made with lean meat from ham and shoulder trimmings, and other carefully selected extra lean meats from 100% organic acorn-fed Iberian pigs.

When cut, the 100% Iberian acorn-fed organic salchichón has a very pronounced purple-red color, flecked with reddish white. On the palate, it has a meaty, smooth texture, the result of a blend of ham and shoulder cuts. Its flavor fills the palate with nuances, with hints of the natural spices used in its preparation, most notably black pepper and nutmeg.

It comes vacuum-packed with a gift box.
