Extremadura's greatest treasure, now in its organic version

It stands out for its indescribable juiciness, whose texture melts into the palate, infusing the mouth with the purest flavors of the pastureland. Since it doesn't contain paprika, its light seasoning accentuates its powerful acorn-fed flavor, similar to the aftertaste left by the finest acorn-fed Iberian ham.

Based on a traditional Extremadura recipe, completely natural and artisanal, with no artificial additives or preservatives, and made from 100% organic acorn-fed Iberian pigs raised in certified organic pastures.

It comes vacuum-packed in a gift bag. The piece includes the black seal of the Iberian standard, identifying it as a 100% acorn-fed Iberian loin.

At Señorío de Montanera, we are committed to the culinary heritage of Extremadura and to those unique products that had practically disappeared from our memory due to a lack of generational transmission.

Made with 100% acorn-fed Iberian loin, it's seasoned with garlic and salt and covered with a thin layer of lard. When stuffed, it's folded in half, hence its nickname "doblado," and wrapped in strings that play an essential role in its maturation.

Our organic products come from organic farming and livestock farming, based on 100% natural resources that help preserve the environment.

Organic Iberian pigs are raised free-range in certified organic pastures and fed acorns, natural grasses, and other organic foods.

Both the farms and the production process are separated in time and space from other traditional Iberian products. This process is certified organic with zero genetically modified organism residue, no artificial additives or preservatives, and labeled with the European Union organic logo.
