One of the most exquisite cuts of the Iberian pig, the quality of the acorn-fed Shoulder Presa Iberica is substantially enriched as a highly active part of the acorn-fed animals during the montanera fattening season.

Its artisanal production with a natural dressing of condiments and spices is based on Señorio de Montanera experience and “know-how”. In Extremadura, this product is traditionally known as Lomito Ibérico de Bellota, which we could translate as the “acorn-fed Iberico Lomito”.

Once sliced, its lively red slices have nuances ranging from brilliant ruby to dark vermilion, which pervades with the sculptured marbling of intramuscular fat. Its juicy texture melts in the palate, permeating every corner of the mouth with the persistent and natural taste of acorns. The presence of another of Extremadura’s most traditional products, the La Vera paprika, contributes substantially to achieving a sublime aroma.

It is presented vacuum-packed with a gift box.
