The "Iberian Stew Arrangement" is designed to prepare a stew for 4-6 people, with the purest flavors of Iberian pork. The pack weighs approximately 1.1 kg and contains the following 100% acorn-fed Iberian products:

Extremaduran stew boasts the most exquisite and traditional flavors of the Extremaduran slaughterhouses, the birthplace of Iberian pork. Although this recipe doesn't typically include chorizo, it is possible to add it as an additional ingredient.

Ultra-frozen meats

The highest quality, all year round

100% Iberian acorn-fed pork is a seasonal product, subject only to the montanera period (November–March), when acorns are present in the pasture. To enjoy these delicacies year-round, at Señorío de Montanera we use a deep-freezing process based on Japanese techniques, which reaches a temperature of -40°C, preserving all the qualities of the raw material.

The Iberian meat pieces are sent thawed in refrigerated transport with Seur Frío and are received the day after their departure before 1:30 p.m., with an expiration date of six days from the date they leave our facilities.
