Boneless Organic acorn-fed 100% Iberico Shoulder Ham

The Señorio de Montanera organic Iberian Shoulder Ham (Paleta Iberico) is made from 100% Iberian pigs raised in oak forests (dehesas) certified as organic farms. The organic Iberian pigs are fed with a 100% natural diet from birth throughout the montanera fattening period, when they feed exclusively on acorns and natural pastures. Our ham production uses no additives or artificial preservatives, thus requiring a much more exhaustive and artisanal care than traditional Iberian processes. Its natural maturation in dryers and rock-carved cellars refine its organoleptic characteristics, achieving nuances of aroma and flavour typical of the most exquisite gourmet food.

This new boneless format simplifies slicing at home. Its natural flavour is round, persistent, full of nuances that conjure the purest oak forests of Extremadura.
