The acorn-fed Iberian Tenderloin is another distinguished piece of traditional gourmet food in southern Spain. It is made with acorn-fed 100% Iberian pigs following a traditional formula: garlic and salt, light touches of garlic and pepper, and no paprika so as not to mask the distinctive acorn flavour. Due to its diameter, two pieces are stuffed together, with a technique similar to the elaboration of the Iberico Lomo Doblado, so that once cured it has a greater diameter and juiciness.

The singularity of its flavour, natural and pure Iberico, never ceases to amaze even the most seasoned gourmet palates. Its light layer of pure Iberian pork fat provides succulence, inhibits oxidation and slows the curing process. Practically lacking fat and containing a high level of antioxidant, it is the perfect healthy product to enjoy a pure Iberico flavour in any type of diet.

It is presented vacuum-packed with a gift box.
