The Extremadura acorn-fed Iberico Sobrasada is made with the head of the loin and pure Iberian pork jowl, all finely chopped to achieve a juicy and uniform texture. The spice mixture of the marinade coupled with a slow maturation renders the unique flavour and aromas distinctive of natural Iberian sausages.

The Señorio de Montanera acorn-fed Iberico Sobrasada has a creamy texture that proves itself perfect as a spread to enjoy the purest flavours of the Dehesa de Extremadura. Its flavour melts on the palate, flooding the mouth with an intense and enveloping flavour, inducing salivation, prolonging taste throughout the throat and achieving an extraordinarily exquisite sensation.
