The acorn-fed Iberico Morcon is made with knife-chopped acorn-fed 100% Iberian Shoulder Presa and other lean premium meats used in Spanish Chorizo sausage, hand-stuffed in natural caecum casings. Traditionally made with an age-old recipe of ancient slaughtering traditions in the towns of southern Extremadura. Curing in a natural cellar for over six months refines its aroma and flavour qualities to achieve unique and exclusive nuances of this traditional gourmet food.

The marbled slice of Morcon is predominantly intense purple derived from the use of Shoulder Presa and other noble lean cuts in its production. Warm and intense aroma. Its exquisite juiciness is appreciated in sight, texture and mouth, where it leaves a long flavour full of nuances as a result of its slow maturation. A gourmet gift for the palate, which will appreciate the velvety feel and sweet finish.
