The Señorio de Montanera acorn-fed 100% Iberian pork loin is made with a natural dressing, based on artisan tradition, experience, and the “know-how” of Señorio de Montanera, a leading brand in the production of pure Iberico Ham certified by the Designation of Origin Dehesa de Extremadura.
Its artisanal production follows the montanera fattening period to accentuate that pronounced acorn flavour that fully brings out the quality of this gourmet food.
Lacking external fat, the sliced acorn-fed Iberian loin is a lively red, multiple ruby hues and crimson sparkles. Perfectly chiselled with a sweep of infiltrated veins, which provide a sharp acorn aftertaste. The presence of another of Extremadura’s most traditional products, the La Vera paprika, contributes substantially to achieving a sublime aroma.
It is presented vacuum-packed with a gift box. The piece includes the black seal of the Iberian standard that identifies it as an acorn-fed 100% Iberico loin.
