The Señorío de Montanera Iberian Coppa is made with the exquisite meat surrounding the “presa Iberica” at the head of the loin, traditionally called the “cabecera” or “cabecero”. It its preparation, they season the meat with condiments and spices typically used in the ancient slaughtering techniques of Extremadura.

The name “coppa”, which refers to a traditional pork loin product from Extremadura, is taken from its Italian counterpart. A twist on the traditional recipe, taking advantage of the raw material of the highest quality pure Iberian breed which results in an Iberan sausage of exceptional flavour and texture. Its marbled appearance sculpted with infiltrated pinkish fat, gives it a very characteristic carved look. Its exceptional succulence causes it to melt in the mouth, delivering many subtle flavours onto the palate when the spices in the seasoning are released.

It is presented vacuum-packed with a gift box.
