With a shared philosophy and a clear commitment to highlighting the region's produce and cuisine, Versátil approaches the Señorío de Montanera pastureland, the birthplace of the acorn-fed pig and one of its defining sources of inspiration, to elevate its culinary offerings and bring the character of Iberian products to its tasting menu, dubbed "Paseo Extremeño."

A la carte proposals

Its other space, the "bodega", offers a more informal menu where you can enjoy à la carte options such as pork cheeks traditionally stewed in red wine with creamy boletus mushrooms and its reduced sauce, charcoal-grilled ribs, or a portion of 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham with DOP Dehesa de Extremadura from Señorío de Montanera.

Chef Alejandro Hernández, who has been at the helm of the restaurant since 2017 alongside his brothers David and José, notes: “At Versátil, we wanted to establish an alliance with an Iberian product company from Extremadura that had a seal of quality identifiable by our customers and a renowned brand both nationally and internationally.
