Señorío de Montanera at the Gourmets Hall

Lordship of Montanera was present at the latest edition of the Salón de Gourmets, which took place from May 7 to 10 in Madrid. International Gourmet Club Show It is a meeting point for manufacturers of delicatessen products of the highest level and is considered a benchmark of quality for the European gastronomy.

As Premium brand, the Señorío de Montanera stand offered an elegant and attractive image, very striking for the fair attendees, who could not resist entering and tasting the best Iberian products from ExtremaduraSeñorío de Montanera took advantage of the international public to present its new line of organic Iberian ham, a Product 100% natural and free of additives, which gives it a different flavor than what we are used to with traditional pure Iberian ham. To present the flavor of the organic product integrated into our catalog of Iberian products, Lordship of Montanera organized several tastings with food bloggers that turned out to be very interesting and surprising. In addition to the organic acorn-fed Iberian ham, the bloggers' favorite products during the tastings were our traditional Iberian Acorn-Fed Folded Loin, which always surprises with its characteristic natural flavor and pronounced acorn-fed aftertaste like the best ham; and the Iberian acorn-fed morcón, which, by containing pieces of knife-cut prey, becomes an exceptional piece with a powerful pure Iberian flavor.
