How do i make a purchase at the señorío de montanera online shop?

The Señorío de Montanera online shop is a simple and secure platform where you can buy your favourite gourmet Iberian products. Simply find the product you want and add it to the basket. For certain products such as our Iberian hams, shoulders and some charcuterie, you can even choose to have us deliver the product sliced. After selecting the products you want, go to the basket to complete the order (the button in the shape of a shopping cart at the top right). To review the products and selected units, go to “View basket”. If the order is correct, simply click on “Finish purchase”. Any discount codes can be redeemed in this step, and you can enter your promo code in the corresponding field in either the “View basket” or “Finish purchase” screen. Simply confirm your shipping details and payment method, or sign up with a username and password to confirm the order and finish the purchase.

How long will it take to get my order?

International shipments usually take about 6 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery company.

Do the prices include shipping costs?

The prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping is free for international orders over €200, but there is a €30 shipping charge for orders under €200.

Do i need a user account to buy from the señorío de montanera online shop?

Can i edit or change my order once it’s made?

You can no longer change your order after you have confirmed and paid for it. If you forget to add a product, want to edit delivery information or even cancel your order, contact us and we will help you find the best solution.

How can i make a return?

If i select the slicing service when purchasing an iberian ham or shoulder, how many sleeve packages will i receive?

Our average performance figures at Señorío de Montanera ranks higher than the sector average. Based on our experience, the average yield from slicing an acorn-fed Iberian shoulder would be around 40%, which is the maximum allowed by the Iberian Quality Standard (Royal Decree 4/2014). For acorn-fed Iberian ham, this performance would be approximately 44%. The remaining weight corresponds to the bone, rind and fat. In other words, if you buy a sliced 4.5-5 kg acorn-fed Iberian shoulder, you would receive approximately 19-20 vacuum-packed 100 g sleeves of slices. Along these general lines, a sliced 7.5-8 kg acorn-fed Iberian ham would yield approximately 32-34 vacuum-packed 100 g sleeves of slices. Please note that these are merely generic estimates based on experience and our efficiency studies. The final result will depend on the particular conditions of each piece (curing, fat-content, etc.)
